Acron banded v belt is mainly raw edge cogged v belt, which is composed of three parts:  

1)  Top fabric

Top appearance consists of more than one layer of fabric, which includes CR so as to have good performance of wear-resistance, heatproof and oil-resistance through special processing.

2)  polyester cord

The reinforcement is polyester cord, which is strong during working and enough to resist impact, elongation and bending, also has heat-shrinkable capability and wear well.

3)  Bottom rubber

Material is CR which is reinforced by heatproof and oil-resistant synthetic fiber.
